Disability and Injury Claims

The attorneys at Burke Law Group have, in aggregate, hundreds of disability claims, whether it be Social Security Disability Claims, Workers Compensation, or personal injury. We assist clients with their claims for disability and injury claims so that they can receive injury rewards or government benefits to which they are legally entitled, from the initial filing of your claim through negotiations, and if necessary, to the court. For SSDI and SSI claims, we can assist with the filing of a claim, and if the claim is denied, appealing that determination before an administrative judge, and if justified benefits are still not granted, we can appeal the case all the way to the Federal District Court.

Social Security Disability Insurance Benefits (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI)

An individual is eligible for Social Security disability benefits if he or she is medically disabled and unable to sustain a full-time permanent job.  Whatever your disability, whether physical or psychological in nature, we can help you with your claim for Social Security benefits.  We can represent you at any stage of your claim – from Initial Application through to an adminsitrative appeal and, if appropraite, an appeal to the Federal District Court!

You need not be alone when applying for the benefits that you are entitled to.  It can be confusing and frustrating when attempting to work through the Agency's application, hearing and review process, preparing the required supporting documentation and analysis, and if declined, then dealing with the appeal process.

We can also help you with your Social Security claim if you are a Disabled Surviving Spouse, Disabled Surviving Divorced Spouse or an Adult Disabled Child.

We can take that burden from you, by helping you at all phases of the process. We can help prepare the papers that you need to file; we can work with your medical providers to gather the evidence to support your claim; we can teach you what to expect at the hearing stage; and we can help you select witnesses who can provide testimony that will promote your claim.

If you live anywhere in the Eastern Washington, North Idaho and even into parts of Montana, we can help you with your SSDI/SSI claim.
